Dailyjust is a general audience website and we do not use the Site to knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13. In the event that we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from any child, we will dispose of that information in accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act and other applicable laws and regulations. This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the United States of America. Our servers are maintained in, and we control and operate the Site from, the United States of America. Your information may be stored and processed in any country where we have facilities or in which we engage service providers. By using the Site, you freely and specifically give us your consent to export your information to countries outside of your country of residence, including the USA, which may have different data protection rules from those of your country. You understand that data stored in the USA may be subject to lawful requests by the courts or law enforcement authorities in the USA.

Device Identifier. A unique string of numbers, letters or characters that is automatically assigned to your Device used to access the Site that allows our servers to identify your Device.

Embedded Scripts. An embedded script is programming code that is designed to collect information about your interactions with the Site, such as the links you click on. The code is temporarily downloaded onto your Device from our web server or a third party service provider, is active only while you are connected to the Site, and is deactivated or deleted thereafter.

ETag, or entity tag. A feature of the cache in browsers. It is an opaque identifier assigned by a web server to a specific version of a resource found at a URL.
